Refund Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. During the beta

Xplorr is free during the private beta, and nobody is charged. We will give every beta user at least 30 days notice by email before paid plans start.

2. Monthly subscriptions

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. The Growth plan is billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, per organization, through our payment provider Stripe. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel it.

3. Cancelling

An admin of your organization can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing, Manage billing in the console. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month: you keep Growth until then, you are not charged again, and your organization then moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when you cancel.

4. When we refund

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for, we do not refund partial months or unused time.

We do refund in full: a charge made in error, a duplicate charge, a charge made after you cancelled, and a charge for a month in which the service was unavailable to you for a significant part of it because of a problem on our side. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies in addition to this policy.

5. Enterprise and annual plans

Enterprise and annual plans are paid by invoice. Refunds and cancellation for those plans follow the terms of your order form or agreement.

6. Taxes

Prices are shown before tax. Where we are required to charge sales tax, GST/HST or VAT, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. A refunded charge includes the tax that was charged with it.

7. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address of an admin of your organization, with the invoice number and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
