Is it really free during beta? +
Yes. All features across all plans are fully unlocked during the private beta at no cost. We want early users to experience the full product.
What happens when beta ends? +
We'll give all beta users at least 30 days notice before billing starts. You'll be able to choose your plan or export your data. No surprise charges.
Can I export my data? +
Yes, at any time. Download PDF and Excel reports for any date range directly from the dashboard. You can also cancel and request a full data export.
Do you store my cloud credentials? +
Yes, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in a dedicated secrets vault, separate from application data. We use read-only IAM roles — we cannot modify or provision anything in your cloud accounts. See our Data Handling page for full details.
What cloud providers do you support? +
AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. We plan to add Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, and Oracle Cloud later this year.
Can I connect multiple accounts per cloud? +
Yes. The Starter plan supports 2 total cloud connections (mix of AWS, Azure, GCP). Growth supports 10. Enterprise is unlimited.
How does anomaly detection work? +
We calculate a 7-day rolling average for each service within each cloud account. When daily spend exceeds that baseline by 50% or more, you get an alert via email and Slack.
Do you offer a free trial after GA? +
We're still finalising our post-GA free tier. At minimum we plan to keep a limited free Starter tier available. Beta users will get preferential terms.
