No. Organizations that joined during the private beta keep their current plan at no cost. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before that ever changes, and you can choose a plan or export your data. No surprise charges.

New organizations start on the Free plan. Growth is USD 49 per organization per month, billed in advance by card through Stripe. An admin upgrades and manages billing (card, invoices, cancellation) from Billing in the console sidebar. Enterprise is invoiced.

No. Prices are shown before tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, GST/HST or VAT, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Cancel any time from the console. You keep Growth until the end of the month you paid for, after that your organization moves to the Free plan, and nothing is deleted. We do not refund partial months, but we refund any charge made in error. See our refund policy at xplorr.io/refund.

Yes, at any time. Download PDF and Excel reports for any date range directly from the dashboard. You can also cancel and request a full data export.

Yes, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in a dedicated secrets vault, separate from application data. We use read-only IAM roles, so we cannot modify or provision anything in your cloud accounts. See our Data Handling page for full details.

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 cloud connection. Growth supports 10 in any mix of AWS, Azure and GCP. Enterprise is unlimited.

Every 6 hours we compare the latest day of spend for each service, account and region against its average over the 7 days before. When it is more than 50% above that baseline (and at least $1 a day, or $0.50 over), admins get an email and your Slack channel gets an alert.

Yes. The Free plan stays free forever for 1 cloud account and 2 users, with no credit card. Upgrade to Growth for more accounts and users and the AI features. Organizations that joined during the beta keep their current plan.

You sign up with your work email, then create a read-only IAM role (or a service principal for Azure, a service account for GCP) and add it in Xplorr. Your first month of billing data appears after the initial sync finishes.
